Let Us Plan Your Next Trip
The same kind of trips we plan for our groups, but planned for yours.
We handle logistics.
You handle having the time of your life.
You've seen the trips we run. The kind where nobody's holding a flag, nobody's herding you through a gift shop, and every single day someone says "how did you even find this place?"
Now imagine that trip, but it's just you and your people. Your best friends. Your partner. Your book club, your company, your family.
Your pace, your dates, your version of adventure.
That's what this is.
You know that person who plans the legendary trip that everyone talks about for years?
That’s about to be you.
And without doing any of the planning.
You'll be the friend who got everyone to Colombia's coffee region instead of another beach resort. The couple who spent their anniversary in a cave hotel in Cappadocia instead of a chain hotel. The one who finally got the group chat with your old friends from college to stop saying "we should really do a trip" and actually did it.
You don't have to figure out any of it. Tell us who's coming and what kind of trip you're after, and we’ll design it for you.
You just show up. And you get all the credit.
Here’s the secret…
What we do
(and what we don't)
We’re travel designers, not travel agents. That means we design custom, off-the-beaten-path trips for private groups built on the same partnerships, vetted local guides, and on-the-ground support we use for our own group trips.
This is for you if you want:
A trip built around your people — a friends trip, couples trip, milestone birthday, a trip with your own community, or a company retreat
Places most people skip and experiences you can't book on your own — home-cooked meals in someone's actual home, guides who become friends, neighborhoods that aren't on the front of the guidebook
Real local support the whole way: airport pickups, English-speaking hosts in every city, plus our team behind the scenes before and during your trip
Someone who has already made the mistakes, tested the guides, and knows which "must-see" is actually skippable
This is not for you if you want:
A cruise or an all-inclusive resort (no shade, but there are great travel agents for that, and we are not them)
A Disneyland vacation (we do love a churro though)
A bargain-bin version of a destination (we design for quality, not the lowest price)
If you read the first list and felt your shoulders drop a little, let’s keep going...
Who’s this for?
-
The group chat has been saying "we should do a trip" for three years. Let someone else turn it into a plan — you just show up and be the hero who made it happen.
-
Birthdays, retirements, anniversaries — if you're going to celebrate, celebrate somewhere that matches the moment. Not a party bus. Something you'll actually remember.
-
You've built a following. Now take them somewhere. We handle the logistics so you can focus on your people, not spreadsheets.
-
Swap those mind-numbing Zoom backgrounds for actual breathtaking views. We design retreats that get your team out of the conference room and into real experiences — the kind that build actual relationships, not just another trust fall.
-
Bring the whole crew without losing Grandma at the airport. We build trips that work for everyone — enough structure to keep it moving, and enough space for Uncle Bill to take a nap and the teenagers to wander.
-
Got nobody to go with — or just don't want to travel with a crew? We got you. Solo travel is our jam, and we'd love to help you plan your next adventure.
-
Skip the resort for your honeymoon. We'll find the cave hotel, the rooftop dinner, the neighborhood that makes you feel like you live there — the kind of trip you'll still be talking about on your tenth anniversary.

Got somewhere else on your mind?
Let us know! These are our fast lanes, not our limits.
Don't know where you want to go yet?
Those are some of our favorite inquiries. Tell us who's coming and how you want to feel when you land back home, and we'll bring you two or three destinations that fit — including at least one you probably haven't considered.
How it works
-
Fill out our Travel Inquiry Form and tell us about the trip you're dreaming of — who's coming, when you'd like to travel, your budget, travel style, and any destinations you're considering. The more we know, the more personalized your trip will be.
-
We'll take 30 minutes to get to know each other, learn more about your vision, answer your questions, and make sure we're the right fit.
This conversation helps us understand your priorities before we begin designing your trip.
-
Your $500 Travel Design Fee kicks off the design process, and when you book your trip with us, $200 of that goes toward your final balance. This covers the research, destination expertise, and design work that go into building a custom travel proposal just for you.
Your proposal includes:
A suggested day-by-day itinerary
Recommended accommodations
Curated restaurants and experiences
Travel flow and routing recommendations
Up to two rounds of revisions to refine your itinerary
Think of this proposal as the blueprint for your trip — a thoughtfully curated vision designed around your travel style, interests, and budget.
-
Love your proposal?
We'll bring it to life — coordinating reservations, confirming local partners, managing payments, and handling the details so you don't have to.
$200 of your Design Fee is applied toward your final trip balance.Prefer to book it on your own?
You're welcome to use your proposal as a roadmap to book on your own and take it from there.
You’ve got questions?
We’ve got answers
-
Travel agents book packages. We design trips from scratch — using our own network of local partners, the same people we trust with our own group trips. No cookie-cutter itineraries, no resort catalogs. Every trip is designed around you, your people, and the way you actually want to travel.
-
We don't publish sample itineraries because every trip is designed from scratch — a couples trip to Peru looks nothing like a friends trip to Peru. But on your Discovery Call, we'll walk you through what a trip like yours might look like so you have a clear picture before you commit.
If you want an idea of how we travel, view our group trips. -
The more lead time, the better — especially for peak-season destinations or large groups. We recommend reaching out at least 6 months before your ideal travel dates, though we've pulled off great trips on shorter timelines too.
-
$500. It's non-refundable and covers the research, planning, and proposal creation.
If you decide to have us fully coordinate and book your trip after reviewing your proposal, $200 of your design fee is applied toward your final trip balance.
If you change your mind, you still walk away with your full trip plan to book on your own.
-
It depends on your destination, group size, trip length, accommodation level, and the experiences you want.
We don't do one-size-fits-all pricing — every trip is custom. We'll talk budget during your Discovery Call so there are no surprises, and your proposal will include a full cost breakdown before you commit to anything.
-
After your Discovery Call, the $500 Travel Design Fee is due to kick off the actual design process. If you move forward with full booking, we'll outline a payment schedule based on your trip — typically a deposit to lock everything in, with the balance due around 60 days before departure.
-
There isn't one. We design trips for couples, solo travelers, friend groups, families, and teams of any size. Pricing is per-person and will depend on your destination, group size, accommodations, and experiences.
-
Our deepest partnerships are in Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico City, Puerto Rico, Morocco, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Egypt, Greece, Spain, Georgia, Turkey, and Japan. But we're not limited to that list — if you have somewhere else in mind, ask.
-
Your fee includes up to two rounds of revisions to refine your proposal. These are for thoughtful adjustments — tweaking the itinerary, swapping a hotel tier, adjusting the pace. Additional revision rounds beyond the two included are $100 per round.
If the scope of your trip changes significantly (different destination, different group size, different concept), we may recommend starting a new proposal.
-
Yes, for an additional fee. We'll recommend 2–3 flight options in your proposal based on your preferences, and if you want us to move forward with booking them, that can be arranged in your final trip costs. Otherwise, we'll design your trip around your proposed flight dates and times — you book the flights, we build everything else around them.
Just want us to research or book flights for you? Reach out. -
Nope. Your trip, your way — you can have every step handled from airport pickup to tours to drop-off, or you can pick and choose where you want a guide and where you'd rather wander solo.
That said, our guides are really good. We hear it all the time: "I didn't think I wanted a guide, and now I can't imagine the trip without them."
-
Typically not on private trips unless you have a large group and want a trip leader.
You'll have our local partners and guides on the ground, and our team behind the scenes before and during your trip.
-
The $500 Travel Design Fee is non-refundable — it covers the work and research that's already been done.
For the trip itself, cancellation terms depend on your destination, accommodations, and how far out you cancel. We'll walk you through all of that before you book, and we strongly recommend travel insurance for exactly this reason.

“Laura put together a wonderful trip to Spain for our family. The location of each AirBnb was perfect. The tours were wonderful. Having all the tickets purchased and ready to go for us, trains, plains and tours, made travel a breeze. The digital itinerary Laura put together was impressive. Everyone commented on how complete, helpful and professional it was. We ended our stay in the most beautiful Airbnb. We aren’t easy to impress and all of us wanted to stay longer. We would highly recommended Laura. She really did a fantastic job. She’s professional, has great follow through, understood what we wanted, and she’s pleasant to work with. We are grateful for her creating a memorable experience.”
