Returns and exchanges
Because our items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, color choices, or changed minds. Every piece is custom printed just for you.
We can only replace items if they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.
What to do if there is an issue:
Take a photo: Snap a clear picture of the damaged area or printing error.
Contact us: Email us the photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery.
Get a fix: We’ll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund for verified defects.
Shipping & Delivery Information:
Double-check your address: We cannot offer refunds or replacements if your package is lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
Unclaimed packages: If a delivery fails or is left unclaimed, any re-shipping costs to send the package back out to you will be the buyer's responsibility.
